At Leeds Trinity on 24 April 2012 we are launching a Forest School Club. 30 Primary Education Early Years trainees have signed up to find out more about Forest School and how it can benefit children's learning.

Each week we will take part in activities including making things from natural objects, knot skills, den building, whittling, fire lighting and cooking.

Read our first blog next month to find out how we got on!

  1. I really enjoyed the first session and learnt a lot about using the outdoor provision and forest schools. It was fun working in a group and I was very proud of our woodland creature and its house!

Looking forward to the session tomorrow and what we are going to be doing with our sticks.....
